These terms and conditions (Conditions) apply to the use of the Vaxxy System and the relationship between us, as operator of the Vaxxy System, and you, as a user of the Vaxxy System.

By registering on or by making any other use of the Vaxxy System, you confirm that you accept these Conditions and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Conditions, you must not use the Vaxxy System.

These are additional to and supplement our website terms and conditions, which also apply.

Vaxxy System is available in English only and it is your sole responsibility to ensure you understand the content of our website. You should contact us or your regular healthcare provider if there is anything you are unsure of.

We may revise these Conditions at any time by amending this page. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you.

1. Definitions

1.1. The following definitions apply in these Conditions:
1.1.1. “Patient” or “you” means you as a user of the Vaxxy System;
1.1.2. “Pharmacy” means a pharmacy registered with us to receive bookings and/or prescriptions via the Vaxxy System;
1.1.3. “Vaxxy” or “us” means Travel Injections Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with registered number 10726704 whose registered office is at Imperial House, 1a Standen Avenue, Hornchurch, Essex, England, RM12 6AA;
1.1.4. “Vaxxy App” means the software application forming part of the Vaxxy
1.1.5. “Vaxxy System” means the software application and platform developed and owned by Vaxxy which enables the Patient to receive a vaccination to be administered by the Pharmacy (including the Vaxxy App and the Vaxxy Website);
1.1.6. “Vaxxy Website” is the website at

2. Registration Process

2.1. To use our service you must register as a user of the Vaxxy System.
2.2. You confirm the information you provide as part of the registration and checking process is accurate and complete.
2.3. You are not permitted to register or create more than one account with us.
2.4. You are responsible for keeping your Vaxxy System user name and the password confidential and you must not grant access to your account to anyone else. You are also responsible for all use of your registered account, regardless of whether such use is authorised or not.
2.5. You undertake to immediately inform us of any unauthorised use of your user name or password or the risk thereof.
2.6. We are entitled to cancel your registration or account at any time as we deem necessary. In such instances, the Conditions between you and us will lapse.
2.7. We may update our Vaxxy App from time to time, and may change the content, function or operation thereof at any time

3. Appointment Process

3.1. Before your appointment for the vaccine/malaria tablets (goods) may be processed, you will be required to complete and submit personal details.
3.2. You must complete all personal details accurately before submitting it as incomplete submissions may result in a delay in your appointment being confirmed.
3.3. Registered Pharmacies can then provide an appointment slot, which is a joint agreement between you and them.
3.4. If accepted, a confirmation of your appointment will be sent via email to you at the email address you provide when registering with us.
3.5. We are unable to guarantee an appointment requested through this Vaxxy System will result in vaccines (goods) being issued to you.
3.6. By using our service, you agree it is the registered pharmacies responsibility for conducting the consultation in-store and submitting the relevant information as well as the administration of the appropriate vaccination (goods).
3.7. All registered pharmacies will need to register an account with Vaxxy. We will conduct our own due diligence checks to ensure the organization meets the training and assessment standards required.
3.8. When submitting the consultation you warrant you have not withheld information that you believe may be relevant or useful to us in any way.
3.9. Your submitted consultation on the Vaxxy App will be sent and reviewed by all Pharmacies registered to use the Vaxxy System.

4. Appointments for personal use only

4.1. Any appointment requested for vaccinations (goods) made by you must be for your personal use only.

5. Payment terms

5.1. Following completion of an appointment and once goods have been received, you will be required to process payment to Travel Injections Ltd, via the Vaxxy System. Payment methods include, direct card payment using the Vaxxy System, payment via payment methods available in-store at the pharmacy.
5.2. All record of payments will be recorded on the Vaxxy System.
5.3. When payment is made directly via the Vaxxy System it will be to Travel Injections Ltd and this is what will show on your bank statement.
5.4. Where card payments are made, you are responsible for providing valid credit or debit card details.
5.5. By receiving goods from Travel Injections Ltd, you are responsible for ensuring that you have means to make full payment for the goods/services provided.

6. Price

6.1. The prices payable for the order is as stated in our Vaxxy System.
6.2. The final price will need to be confirmed at the Pharmacy through the Vaxxy System. The total price displayed at the appointment stage may be subject to change depending on factors including the consultation outcome.
6.3. All prices on the confirmation page are in pounds sterling and include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.
6.4. We take care to ensure that all pricing information on Vaxxy System is accurate but occasionally there may be an error.
6.5. If the correct price is lower than that on the Vaxxy System at the time you place your process your final payment, we will charge you the lower price.
6.6. If the correct price is higher than that on the Vaxxy System, we may try to contact you for instructions using the information provided on your appointment and give you the choice of receiving a refund.
6.7. There are no hidden charges associated with our service to you.
6.8. All charges and fees are identified and displayed to you prior to completing the appointment process on the Vaxxy System.

7. Right for you to cancel your contract

7.1. You may not cancel your order once your vaccinations have been administered or goods supplied have left the pharmacy premises.
7.2. If you wish to cancel your appointment, you must contact us at Vaxxy directly.
7.3. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your appointment nor will you have to pay any penalty.

8. Cancellation by us

8.1. We reserve the right to cancel the appointment at any time if:
8.1.1. The Pharmacy has insufficient stock to administer the vaccines (goods) required; or
8.2. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

9. Responsibility for your medical information and condition

9.1. We will not be liable to you for any failure by you to follow advice on our Vaxxy System or to pass on any information given by us to your regular healthcare provider.
9.2. You accept any advice given by us or the Pharmacy does not replace advice given by your regular healthcare provider and you must inform your regular healthcare provider of the vaccines (goods) received. You should contact us or your regular healthcare provider if there is anything of which you are uncertain.
9.3. Any treatment will be based on the information provided by you to the Pharmacy during the appointment and through the Vaxxy System.
9.4. Neither we nor the Pharmacy accept any liability for any adverse events or harm that may occur due to inaccurate or false information provided by you via the Vaxxy System or during your consultation.
9.5. Neither we nor the Pharmacy accept any liability for any patient harm caused due to anaphylactic shock as it can arise in any individual at any time despite no risk of or pre-disposition to this adverse event.
9.6. By accepting these Conditions, you acknowledge and accept that a Vaccination and/or antimalarials do not provide complete protection or immunity against disease. Neither the Pharmacy nor Vaxxy accept liability should a Vaccination and/ or antimalarials not provide protection and/ or immunity against diseases.

10. Liability

10.1. Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this Condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the vaccines (goods) in question.
10.2. Our liability in respect of all other losses arising under or in connection with these Conditions, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall in no circumstances exceed the price paid for the vaccinations (goods).
10.3. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
10.4. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to these Conditions or the Vaxxy System or any content on it, whether express or implied.
10.5. We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, our Vaxxy System or use of or reliance on any content displayed on our Vaxxy System.
10.6. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Vaxxy System or to your downloading of any content from it, or on any website linked to it.
10.7. We assume no responsibility for the content of websites linked on the Vaxxy System. Such links should not be interpreted as endorsement by us of those linked websites. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

11. Force majeure

11.1. We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver vaccinations (goods) you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to vaccinations (goods) issued that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, failure of transport
networks, acts of God, war, terrorism, riot, breakdown of plant or machinery, collapse of building structures, flood, fire, storms, earthquakes, loss at sea, explosion, accident or default of suppliers or subcontractors.

12. Using the Vaxxy System

12.1. We do not guarantee that the Vaxxy System or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted.
12.2. Access to the Vaxxy System is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of the Vaxxy System without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason the Vaxxy System is
unavailable at any time or for any period.
12.3. The Vaxxy System is directed to people residing in the United Kingdom. We do not represent that content available on or through our site is appropriate or available in other locations. You should register with the Vaxxy System from outside the United Kingdom.
12.4. We may limit the availability of the Vaxxy System or any service or product described on it to any person or geographic area at any time.
12.5. We do not guarantee that our Vaxxy System will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
12.6. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access our Vaxxy System. You should use your own virus protection software.
12.7. You must not misuse our Vaxxy System by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
12.8. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Vaxxy System, the server on which our Vaxxy System is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our Vaxxy System.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

13.1. We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Vaxxy System. You must not do anything which will infringe or prejudice such intellectual property rights.
13.2. You must not use any part of the content on our Vaxxy System for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.
13.3. You may not make copies of any such content from the Vaxxy System without our express prior permission.

14. Severance

14.1. If any part of these Conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these Conditions will not be affected.

15. Privacy and data protection

15.1. You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy, as amended by us from time to time.
15.2. By using our Vaxxy System, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of providing you with a vaccination and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate and truthful and you have not withheld
information that you believe may be relevant or useful to us in any way

16. Third party rights

16.1. A person who is not a party to these Conditions shall not have any rights to enforce these terms.

17. Entire agreement

17.1. These Conditions, together with our website terms and conditions, as amended by us from time to time, and the Pharmacy Terms and Conditions, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the vaccinations (goods) to
you through Vaxxy.
17.2. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these Conditions unless reduced to writing by an authorised representation or us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such oral representation being untrue or misleading.

18. Notices

18.1. Unless otherwise expressly stated in these Conditions, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent to our contact address or by email and all notices from us to you will be by email and sent to the email address you provide in your order submitted to us.

19. Governing law

19.1. These Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

20. Jurisdiction

20.1. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Conditions or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
